Chris ist sehr zuverlässig und bestens vernetzt. Nachdem wir bei unserer ersten Suchaktion im letzten Frühjahr mehrere Makler getroffen haben, haben wir unsere zweite Besichtigungstour mit Chris geplant. Die Kommunikation ist top. Er hat auch den Kontakt zu Objekten anderer Makler gemacht und alle Besichtigungen organisiert (Leider findet man die Objekte ja gleichzeitig bei mehreren Maklern, was es nicht einfacher macht).
Am Ende haben wir genau gefunden was wir wollten. Chris hat sich um alles gekümmert, Anwalt, Notar, Fragen zu Handwerkern, Hilfe bei sonstigen Fragen.
Die Abwicklung war dadurch wirklich super relaxt.
