To formalize the reservation:

  • You must pay 30% of the total price of the property by the chosen means of payment
  • 15 days before the reservation date, you must pay the pending amount of the total reservation, to this you must add the amount of € 200 that will be retained as a deposit or damage deposit, once the checkout has been made and verified the state of the property, the deposit will be refunded as long as it is in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

All prices include VAT.

7.- Withdrawal.

For real estate rental services, there is no Withdrawal, according to the exception of Art. 103.L) of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
